Lupo the Hippo.

He likes to dump brine.

Lupo the Hippo.

He's more-so a swine!

If you fall into the river

and get oil in your liver

think of Ben Lupo and his crimes!

This guy is a scum bag and he deserves whatever he gets. He transferred ownership to his wife for what so she can illegally dump into our water ways. People like this put a black eye on the valley we have enough problems. I would love to see our river clean and people fishing in it again.

I vote for Lupo as the biggest Scum Bag in the Mahoning Valley. He should win this contest hands down.

Got to be kidding me, Lupo must think everybody is stupid. As long as anyone related or connected to Lupo running the company, all permits should be null and void. Surely I would have thought it would have been a business partner or a relative. To resign and turn everything over to his wife doesn't change a thing about who will really run the company. Send him to jail for a long time and make fines and restitution so high that he has to sell everything. He already showed his integrity by refusing to pay the company's he hired to clean up the mess he created. Then turns around and fills for bankruptcy, which should be turned down completely. Just another crooked rich guy trying everything he has up his sleeve, to get off the hook from paying his debts.

"Corporations are people, too", so let Lupo AND his company go to prison. Prosecute the officers of his corporation, along with him and the corporation.

This needs to be done or take away the right of corps to buy our politicians. They can't have it both ways!

Lets hope the courts and especially suppliers will be able to pierce the corporate veil of secrecy of Lupo. Hold the corporations liable and bring them down hard. Shun the principals in business and in the communities the slither around.

And we expect Mrs. Lupo to behave differently in exactly which ways?

What a scumbag Lupo is. All he did was transfer leadership to his puppet wife so he continues to control the company. His jailing can't come too soon.
