A freind told me he witnessed a replacement worker struggle to operate hydraulic system on truck yesterday afternoon. Easter Day. Now, that says tons of the Company. No regards towards safety of persons and property. It will undoubtedly take twice, maybe triple the time to collect garbage.

Sticking point is Retirement benefits. An important factor in employment in which everyone should be concerned.

110 workers without a contract for say 6 months, some type of negotiating whether agreed or not was continuing, that is GOOD FAITH,

No doubt there will be a fraction numbered of replacement workers used untrained by the way to continue trash disposal.

Newtonfallshowland, would you work under unfair labor practices? Could be unsafe, discriminating or hostile work conditions. If you would, you are a desparate and stupid person.

How much damage, and how many hours will replacement workers do? Republic will probaly pay replacements a.fraction of original scale.

You walk off the job, you resign your position. Time for someone else to fill the position. Simple as that.
