How about convening a grand jury to investigate urban deaths in north eastern Ohio cities instead.

What ever is left on the table in Steubenville is not life threatening but what ever is going on in Warren is.

Sentence was a joke? Didn't see any laughing in court by these two when they were sentenced. Judge handed down the maximum to the main culprit.

My hope is Mikey gets to the bottom of this entire thing. These kids did not buy enough alcohol for all those involved. There are adults that need to have their thinking checked in this. Any adult that buys alcohol for high school students to have a large party has to be a moron. The rumor is that the coaches and some of the teams parents are involved. If that's the case, put them all in jail. Youth and alcohol don't mix any better than stupid and alcohol. In this case, youth, stupid and alcohol are all involved.

It's about time someone with authority stands up for the victim. The sentences given was a joke and insult, to the victim and her family. Anybody with knowledge of what happened or was there and saw it, should be punished as well. Wonder how they would of felt if it was their daughter, sister, or grand-daughter and no one did anything. Maybe being called or referred to as a snitch, was too much to ask. Kids or young adults do stupid things, but if they get away with it then it will continue. They then feel like they are invisible or untouchable. I applaud DeWine for his stance in this case.

Go get them Mike. There are plenty involved in the rape partying or coverup who deserve to be tried and convicted in the Stupidville rape case starting with the 16 who refused to testify.
