“Slam dunking pukes after they've killed and maimed dozens of people with guns is just not enough.”

You are correct that it won’t bring victims back but it may serve as a deterrent to someone else seeking short term fame via a mass killing.

Understand that guns are not the only tools that these sickos can choose to carry out their acts.

Using your logic, we should castrate all males in Steubenville to prevent the violation of any more drunk party going girls.

We need to punish the perpetrators of heinous acts, not punish all law abiding citizens by removing Constitutional rights.

Cincin:

“First and foremost”, The unalienable Rights of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness are enumerated in the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence – not in the Constitution.

What IS enumerated in the Constitution is “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

“our society is flooded with unnecessary guns "

Who determines this? You or the good Senator from California? And what Constitutional provision do you use to support your response?

“and irresponsible gun owners”

The vast majority of gun owners are very responsible. You need to support your accusation with data or withdraw it.

“How did this boy get this weapon?”

A valid question. Don’t really know where he obtained the gun.

However, this is not a “boy” . He is a KILLER.

You do no one any favors by softening the description of the perpetrator while you viciously attack the tool he chose to carry out his act.

Slam dunking the pukes after the fact won't bring the dead victims back. First and foremost the Constitution guarantees life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all citizens. Too many innocent citizens' lives, often children, are being cut short because our society is flooded with unnecessary guns and irresponsible gun owners. How did this boy get this weapon? He pulled the trigger but whoever owned that gun should be going to jail right along with him.

Slam dunking pukes after they've killed and maimed dozens of people with guns is just not enough.

And Trib, don't use the term "teen" when describing this shooter.

Are you trying to invoke sympathy?

Use the term "killer" which more completely describes this person who committed a heinous adult act.

Here, Senator Feinstein, is where we address those who violate our gun laws.

NOT with one size fits all unconstitutional restrictions and confiscations on all law abiding Americans who have broken no law what so ever.

Slam dunk these pukes who take innocent lives, each time and every time, to the max, and leave law abiding citizens alone.
