See he is already making plans to get out of this. Files bankruptcy and changes the name of the company and it will be business as usual. Things such as this is why our bankruptcy laws need to be rewritten. All too often company's file for bankruptcy, just to get out of paying their debts. Then they just change the name or claim they sold it to a subsidiary and they are back in business. The old Copperweld did the same thing, dumping their pension obligations on the PBGC, Delphi was another good example. Company's filling for bankruptcy should be sold at public auction and the monies received goes first to cover all pension obligations of its employees. Then the taxpayers aren't paying off their debits, as it is now. It's time our elected officials address this problem, so our tax dollars are used paying this country's debt. Until that happens, nothing will change except our taxes will get higher.
