Randy Smith should have better sense. He must be watched. If he sent Barzak there to vote 3 times, the citizens should wonder what's going on in the engineer's office that they are trying to get away with.

How many years had officials been voting for multiple districts? It is being said that TC Engineer Randy Smith, as a Hartford Trustee, once voted 6 times in the same election.

It's incredible that this took a lawsuit to remedy the secret ballot voting and bring into accordance with Ohio law.

It's no wonder the Board of Health has run amok for so long. They must have been hand picking their members all along to build a fortress around themselves and keep the people out of their business.

I find it amazing that Don Barzak of Johnston, tried to manipulate the votes by voting for other bodies of which he has no part. Barzak is earning a taxpayer salary of $62,000 under the direction of Randy Smith, the Trumbull County Engineer. Mr. Smith had better watch how Barzak handles business in his office. He obviously has no regard for the taxpayers. Perhaps we have another situation in the Engineers office like we had with DeChristafaro. Remember this at the ballot box next time the engineer is up for re-election. He should chose his employees a little more carefully.

Orchid to the citizens of Trumbull County for not let Don Barzak vote 3 times for the health board seat and for protesting the vote of John Spelich. We have rules for a reason.

Orchid: Judge Logan for upholding Sunshine laws. Secret ballot voting is used by cowards to advance their own agendas.
