I heard a rumor... Just a rumor... The gun he had on him in Columbus is the same gun used in the murder at the Sunset.

Wanted on the charge of having a weapon in a liquor establishment - the Sunset Lounge. This is an illegitimate charge. If he has a CCW he is allowed to have a gun in a liquor establishment. They changed that law last year. One isn't allowed to drink while in that establishment, but are allowed to possess their weapon. It this is the only reason he was detained in Columbus, a good lawyer will sue the city AGAIN. I also would have to question how they would know this? A reliable informant? If one is an informant, just how reliable are they? This man will get a lawyer even if he is an idiot, and be on his way once his Cumba's pay his bond.

Gee whiz, ten grand. That's very doable with the right associates. Just go pick his butt up and let's get on with it. It's not like making the trip is a horrendous feat as it's only down the street. What are we missing here?

I love how we in our warm and fuzzy society refer to "suspects" as "persons of interest" to pacify liberal democrats.
