A $250,000 fine for somebody like Loopy the Lump is nothing. These scum need much larger fines and prison sentences, not jail time. Loopy the Lump would be a good friend in the housing authority down in Columbus. Him and the many Bubba's that would trade him for a pack of smokes could cuddle all night while he tells them about his lost wealth and how he now needs pads for the bleeding.

If a "whistleblower" is prosecuted, future violations may go unreported. Reward "whistleblowers".

Fracking and fracking waste disposal is the biggest environmental problem we have today. These rouge operators like Lupo at D&L Energy should follow all the environmental laws to the letter or be shutdown permanently after their first offense. No forgiveness for deliberate actions that harm our environment. Make long jail sentences and large fines mandatory for anyone who does.
