Littlered, wonder how you'd feel if someone you knew were a victim? No doubt this punk made a deal by more than likely ratting out his fellow "Gang members". Good for these wannabes they weren't in real gang territory's like Warren or Youngstown, they'd be dead or even better would've never attempted to form. Kids a punk, parents or lack of contributed to this. Bluedorn is a shrewd lawyer, he set up a deal. This Atty I know would never even try taking this case to trial, no good lawyer would. Ask people of Niles if they will welcome this kid back into the community AFTER HIS REHABILITATION.

Speaking as someone that personally knows the guy in question I can say many of your opinions are way off bas. Yes he has made some mistakes, and for that he is doing his time. The judge gave the sentence he saw fit for a reason. Yes..he may have his troubles b but that doesn't however mean he deseves his entire life to be ruined. A year in prison is what officials have decided constitute his debt to society. Keep your head up and hang in there danny.

PoohBear you have no idea what anyone posting does or does not do to help our society. You are clearly judging everyone based on your own lack of involvement.

McKay will end being "super praised" just like Stewart on his way out into retirement. Fact is, do they really care about the residents and their future? Something terribly "not right" for this man to only get one year when he was entitled to three under the circumstances. We have a few elected officials that reek of stench and make me sick .......

"Bluedorn worked out a deal for Uncapher to plead guilty to the third-degree felony charge that carries a maximum penalty of 36 months."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So Judge McKay didn't even give him the max on the plea bargained sentence? PATHETIC! DISGUSTING! Sir everything he does in the future is on YOU!
RICO Laws should have been used here. Put this want-a-be gangster away for a good 20 years. Let him miss the clean air, the feel of a woman and the little joy of privacy.
He gets a year and she has to spend the rest of her life living with the memory of what he and the others did to her, how is that justice?? He and his gang have been causing trouble for many years, even before they formed their gang. This kind of trash needs to be put away forever before they kill someone. He gets three hots and a cot on the taxpayers and when he gets out there will be dozens of agencies there to help him, but who will be there for his next victim? Wake up people, we need to start voting for judges who believe in justice for the victim not the offender!!!
We made a deal? What the heck? He'll be back on street doing the same old stuff in a year. Then he'll commit the ultimate crime and someone will die before he's removed from society. Known as the artistic one ........ give me break. These POS are a major problem today and they will be even a worse problem tomorrow. Come on judge ........ we need help and this is not the way to give it to the people. JOKE
