If anyone runs in Mayor Angelo at church or up in Bedford, ask him why qualified candidates from all over the country were left out in the cold to run CD.

WRAP was created in 1983 and for a good decade and half, did good work.

This latest incarnation really has not.

You have a dance instructor/radio DJ make around 80 grand a year HEADING UP COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT and a lawyer/accountant, making 40 grand or so (plus 42 grand or so for being the head of Sunshine) heading up the downtown redevelopment corp.

Anyone else find this rather odd?

Interesting nativio289. W.R.A.P. has proven over and over to be a poorly run organization and should be dismantled. Obviously this is an organization that was created to just create jobs for certain people.

Hey, Guy... Who are the board members and when was their last board meeting? And look at the rules on how the boards of these entities are suppose to act and meet.

How many boards do you know that haven't had a meeting in four years?

If council as a body and the administration expect to be taken seriously by anyone, they will act quickly and surely to stop funding these bogus entities. There's no room for this nonsense in a Warren that has any real future.

They've blocked comments to Letters to the Editor for some reason. Probably because some here use this forum as a venue to degrade others and to spew their hatred.

And the people who incorporated Sunshine are? Perhaps Helen wants to move on up. This is real estate for folks that think hotels are red, and houses are green.
