The Plain Dealer ran a great op/ed about fracking Jan 14. in which they raised serious questions about the 100% safe status our media has been hastily pouring all over the gas and oil giants. These giants have moved in on our natural resources and control the whole process, including EPA regulations, thanks to Dick Cheney and Gov Kasich. Now I know how the Arabs felt when BP stole their oil. At least the Arabs all got a big piece of the pie.

At any rate there is a federal EPA study due next year that should shed light on the potential threat to our drinking water.

When Al Qaida is a threat to our community we'll go overboard to protect our homeland even when the threats are minimal or unrealistic, but when BP and fracking are the threat to our drinking water, all of a sudden we'll accept considerable risks to our health because BP is God? a job creator?
