One last chance for influence in election

With the elections finally getting ready to fall on our doorsteps after a mere two short years of campaigning, this is my last chance to influence you in the ‘‘right’’ direction. Why do I think I can do that? Because, right now, I’m part of the media — the good part. Rather than tell you what you just heard the way I want you to hear it, or who you should vote for, I just want to influence you to vote with truth in hand. Period. First, I’d like to influence you to not take for granted that what you hear on TV or even read in various media is the truth. In case you couldn’t tell, these expressed views often tend to be pretty skewed. Keith Olberman of MSNBC was so blatantly skewed that he was removed from political reporting on that network. It was an unprecedented move in current history. Instead, pick resources that make available just the facts without personal opinion.
