RICHARD AND DONNA RAMSEY

Richard J. and Donna L. Ramsey of Howland were honored with a surprise dinner party on Feb. 6, 2010, at Roby Lee’s in Newton Falls. The event was hosted by the couple’s family. Mr. Ramsey and the former Donna Woods were married Feb. 5, 1960. They have two children, Thomas of Warren and Kim Petroko of Newton Falls. They also have four grandchildren and one great-grandson. Mr. Ramsey retired in 2004 from the Howland School System. An active member of the Moose, he is a pilot and enjoys flying whenever possible. Mrs. Ramsey retired in 1999 from Packard Electric. She enjoys stamping.
