This is what you shouldn't do to win the `Why I Love Warren' video contest
April 22, 2009 - Andy Gray
The Warren Area Board of Realtors is sponsoring a video contest with the theme “Why I Love Warren” to give people a chance to show what they love about the city.
Local band The Kellys sent out a release this week offering to make some of its music and video footage available free of charge to those who want to use it in their entries. To request the music and video files, email firstname.lastname@example.org
Video submissions will be accepted from May 1 until July 31 for a chance at the $1,500 cash prize package provided by Sunrise Inn, and complete details can be found by clicking the accompanying link.
The other link is for a very funny video called “Hastily Made Cleveland Tourism Video,” created by Newton Falls native Mike Polk. If you want to win the money, this is what you shouldn’t do. A word of warning: the clip includes a couple of profanities.
