Keith Urban Pre-Sale Password
February 10, 2009 - Andy Gray
Country hunk and Nicole Kidman’s favorite musician Keith Urban is planning a summer tour that will include shows in both Cleveland and Pittsburgh.
Shows are scheduled at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 13 at Mellon Arena and 7:30 p.m. Aug. 21 at Quicken Loans Arena.
Urban’s next album, “Defying Gravity,” is due in stores on March 31. The first single, “Sweetest Thing,” already is in the top 5 on the country charts.
For the Cleveland show, Sugarland will be the opening act (Jason Aldean is opening in Pittsburgh). Sugarland picked up a Grammy Award Sunday, and the duo of Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush has sold more than five million records since 2004.
Urban also is working to keep tickets affordable for his fans. Tickets in Cleveland are priced at $78, $52.50 and $20, and there will be no additional Ticketmaster fees on the $20 tickets. Those who buy $20 tickets also can add a food package of four hot dogs, four sodas and two popcorns for $22. Tickets in Pittsburgh range from $20 to $62.50.
Pittsburgh tickets don’t go on sale to the general public until March 20 through Ticketmaster, although there’s a presale for Urban’s Monkeyville fan club members. Cleveland tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Feb. 21 through Ticketmaster. However, there is a presale from 10 a.m. Feb. 12 until 10 p.m. Feb. 19 at www.ticketmaster.com. The password you need to get those tickets early is: Cleveland.
