`Big Night Out’ is off in Austintown

July 1, 2013 - Andy Gray
The Big Night Out Tour scheduled for July 10 at Rodeo Music Hall in Austintown has been canceled.

The tour originally was slated to feature past hitmakers Fuel, Hoobastank, Lit and Alien Ant Farm, but Lit posted on its website Friday that the band was off the tour “due to circumstances beyond our control.”

Promoter Corey Ward said with Lit off of the tour and no replacement act planned, they decided to cancel the Austintown show.

Scheduling the show the same night as Gigantour, a hard rock/metal package headlined by Megadeth that is playing the Covelli Centre, probably didn’t help ticket sales either.
