What a way to grow up

It was reported recently that two small children were in the backseat of a car in the driveway while the parents were knocking down a door and burglarizing a home in Girard.

Luckily, a neighbor called the cops who managed to catch and cuff the husband and wife. An officer spotted the kids as he was walking down the driveway.

What a way to grow up. The woman's mother ended up with the kids. I wonder if the parents at least left the engine running so the kids could keep warm. Talk about take your kids to work day. ...

The parents were taken to the Girard police station and booked on burglary charges.
