BEREA -- Browns quarterback Colt McCoy was held out of practice Wednesday with an undisclosed illness.
Coach Eric Mangini didn't reveal the plan to sit down McCoy during his press conference. When McCoy wasn't on the field for the start of practice, the announcement was made.
McCoy wasn't the only no-show for practice. Running back Peyton Hillis was given the day off to rest. Hillis is healthy and plans to play Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.
Hillis was in the locker room during the open media period. He spoke at length to reporters, saying that he doesn't feel worn down from the amount of worked he's received this season.
