Warren principal is disrespectful

DEAR EDITOR:

As a mother and grandmother living in the Warren City School District, I am appalled that our superintendent had a police officer escorted out of Jefferson school when it’s the principal who should have been removed for breaking the law.

As Principal Boyer stated, she broke the law for years. Why would you not take care of this problem long ago?

This school leader set a very poor example for students and other personnel.

We all wonder what has happened in our society that children don’t respect parents, teachers and each other. In the days my children were growing up, parents would be at the school beating down your doors if you showed this disrespect. In the same years, our children were taught to respect teachers and principals and were disciplined if they did not. Now what’s a parent to do? The principals are the disrespectful ones.

Fix this, superintendent. Show some respect to our police force and to the other principals and teachers who do abide by the laws.

How about designating a parking spot for Principal Boyer as far away from the entrance of the building as possible so she’ll appreciate that she isn’t handicapped.
