Packard Foundation needs tax professional
Whoever is of the opinion that an attorney needs to be hired for the Packard Music Hall Foundation issue with its tax-exempt status simply doesn’t get it and deserves an onion themselves.
An experienced tax CPA with tax-exempt organizations is all that is necessary, and since I have extensive experience with tax-exempts, trusts, charitable trusts and private foundations, I conveyed an offer to the organization to assist and facilitate re-instatement of the organization’s 501(c)(3) status on very favorable terms.
The organization is also required to file a certificate of continued existence with the Ohio Secretary of State by Feb. 4.
