Estimated bills mean more money

Year after year I, as well as family and friends, have been dealing with over-estimated gas bills. My natural gas provider insists on charging me for natural gas I’m not using. Every estimated gas bill I have ever received has been higher than my actual usage.

I have paid thousands of dollars extra to my natural gas provider based on estimated billing. To stop this, I started to take my own gas readings and began calling them in. The amount that I owed each month dropped considerably.

The money generated from over-estimated billing should be credited to your next month’s bill. It was not. It was used elsewhere.

The natural gas providers in the state of Ohio have made millions of dollars from over-estimated gas bills. Where are the Ohio politicians and the PUCO in regard to this matter?
