Suzanne Curry 1942-2018

COLUMBUS — Suzanne Curry, 75, peacefully passed away in the early evening of Wednesday, April 11, 2018.

Suzanne was born May 5, 1942, in Columbus, to the late Mary Winner and John Moore.

Suzanne graduated from Bishop Watterson High School in 1960, and earned her associate degree from Franklin University. Suzanne retired from the Ohio State Dental Board, where she worked as an executive assistant. She was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan and loved cheering them on. Suzanne was a member of the Phi Beta Psi Sorority for 35 years and served as secretary, vice president and president; she loved her fellow sisters and enjoyed fundraising with them for the American Cancer Society. She dearly loved her grandchildren and enjoyed many wonderful times with them. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by daughter, Judy (Scott) Perrie; son, Todd Curry; grandson, Anthony Perrie; and granddaughters, Ally Perrie, Kimberly Curry and Alayna Curry.

She was predeceased by her son, James Curry; and stepfather, Carl Winner.

Services have been entrusted to Schoedinger Northeast Chapel, 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna, OH 43230.

A visitation will be held at the funeral home 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 16, 2018. A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2018, also at the funeral home. Her final resting place will be the New Garden Mausoleum at Green Lawn Cemetery.
