Terri L. Kish 1965-2018

McDONALD — Terri L. Kish, 52, of McDonald, answered her last alarm at 10:21 p.m. Thursday, March 1, 2018, while a patient in St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, following a brief illness. She was 52.

Terri was born July 4, 1965, in Rochester, Pa., a daughter to Ronald W. and Filippa J. Scichilone Prentice.

A 1983 graduate of Beaver Falls High School, she furthered her education at Point Park College in Pittsburgh and Youngstown State University. She worked as an EMT for the McDonald Fire Department before retiring. In addition, she was an EMS instructor for the Howland Training Center and Trumbull Career and Technical Center.

Her memberships include Our Lady of Perpetual Help, McDonald, and formerly Rebekah Lodge in Warren. In her spare time, she enjoyed crafting, painting, saving rescue dogs and spending time outdoors.

She is survived by her husband, Chief Nick G. Kish, retired McDonald Fire Department, whom she married July 3, 2004; her father, Ronald of Warren; a sister, Tracy A. Prentice (John Guido), Beaver, Pa.; nephews, Michael, Luca and Roman Guido; half-brother, John Bechak, Aliquippa, Pa.; and stepsisters, Chelsea Tsuris, Nicole Coe, Jenna Normand and Maria Tsuris.

Her mother precedes her in death.

Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2018, at Blackstone Funeral Home, Girard.
