Richard M. Woolf 1953-2018

WARREN — Richard M. (Big Red) Woolf, 65, of Warren, died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2018, at Trumbull Regional Medical Center.

He was born Feb. 14, 1953, in Trenton, New Jersey, the son of Thomas and Virginia Woolf.

He was a graduate of Warren Western Reserve and worked at Packard Electric for many years.

He was a lifelong bowler, and was a member of Warren Bowling Association, bowling in many tournaments. He was also an avid poker player and golfer.

Besides his parents of Warren, he leaves his daughter, Rachel Woolf of Burghill; his son, Richard Woolf of Girard; two brothers, Kenneth (Carol) Woolf of Newton Falls and Robert (Michelina) Woolf Sr. of Boardman; a sister, Susan McCumber of Florida; a grandson, Christian Woolf; and several nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his “little friend” Rusty Cat.

Calling hours will be 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 2, 2018, at the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, and immediately after will be a memorial service at 7 p.m.
