WARREN — Kelvin Rodgers, 57, died Thursday, Oct. 5, 2017, at his residence.
He was born April 24, 1960, in Warren, the son of Hoover and Helen Foster Davis.
Kelvin was long shoreman, working in the city of Cleveland and the San Jacinto Port.
He is survived by a brother, Donavan Trimble of Jacksonville, Fla.; six sisters, Audrey Rodgers, Glinda Rodgers, Linda Bruner, Renee Johnson and Bridgette Davis, all of Warren, and Renita Jernigan of Cleveland. He was preceded by his parents, Hoover and Helen Davis; three sisters; and three brothers.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Baptist Church, where calling hours will be one hour prior to the services. Friends and family also may call at 2280 Palmyra Road, Warren. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
