Johanna J. Blackwell
WARREN — Johanna J. Blackwell, 56, of Warren, died Sunday, Sept. 3, 2017, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital of natural causes.
She was born July 25, 1961, in Greenville, Pa., the daughter of Marion and Mae Boyd Blackwell. She was employed with the Great Lakes Cheese Factory and attended the Church of the Living God.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald Butler; sons, DeShawn Pruitt and Ronald Butler, both of Warren; daughters, Nikeisha and Desire Pruitt and Lula Blackwell, all of Warren; 27 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Charles Blackwell of Warren; and sisters, Katharine Ware of Lansing, Mich., and Lillian Carr and Delores Williams, both of Warren. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Quante’ Pruitt; four grandchildren; and three brothers.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Alpha & Omega Seventh-Day Adventist Church, where calling hours will be one hour prior. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, Warren.
