Lelia E. Narog

WARREN — Lelia E. Narog, 89, of Warren, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016.

She was born Nov. 24, 1926, in Warren, a daughter of Anthony and Minnie Wright Maurer.

She married John Narog on Sept. 29, 1945, and shared 66 wonderful years together before his passing in 2011.

She was a graduate of Champion High School. Lelia was employed in medical records at Trumbull Memorial Hospital for many years. Lelia loved the fishing trips in Canada with her husband and family. She kept her mind sharp with puzzles and Sudokus. She enjoyed family dinners and attending Bible studies in her home.

She is survived by her children, John Michael (Peggy) Narog of Champion, Ron (Patty) Narog of Bazetta, Sue Holden of Warren, Anthony Narog of Warren and Judy (Paul) Wysenski of Hubbard; 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son, Thomas Raymond Narog; and a sister, Vevia Palmer.

Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016, at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where Pastor Bill Carter will officiate. Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. prior to the service.  Interment will be in All Souls Cemetery, Bazetta.
