John B. Prymmer Jr.
WARREN — John ” Jack” B. Prymmer Jr., 80, of Warren, died Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016, at Briar Hill Nursing Home.
He was born Feb. 28, 1936, in Cleveland, a son of the late John B. Prymmer Sr. and Clara Tunen.
“Jack” was employed as a spray painter at Cleveland Road Machinery for 27 years and was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of AA, sang in a band for 30 years and played the bass.
Surviving are his wife, Jeri Prymmer of Auburn; son, John (Bridget Toon) Prymmer of Hong Kong; daughters, Tracey (Kurt) Keller of Hong Kong, and Paige (Brian Wardlow) Prymmer of Newbury; eight grandchildren, Todd, Tyler, Tommy, Tyffani, Cody, Jeremy, Meg and Clint; and two great-grandchildren, Michael and Christopher. Also surviving are brother, George (Elaine) Prymmer of Florida; sisters, Judy Santamaria of Cleveland and Lynn Guinto of Cleveland; and brother, David (Shirley) Prymmer of Broadview Heights.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Kelly Richards; granddaughter, Taylor; along with two sisters, Carol Zingale and Mary Somody.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where Pastor Jim Dittmar will officiate.
Friends may call from 4 until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 18, at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
Interment will be in the Shadyside Cemetery, Geauga County.
