Frances M. Patrizi

NILES – Frances M. Patrizi, 83, of Niles, formerly of Farrell, Pa., passed away 5:37 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2016, at Autumn Hills Care Center in Niles, after an extended illness.

Frances was born Sept. 23, 1933, in Farrell, Pa., the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Sydlowski Soloski. She was a Farrell High School graduate.

She had worked as an inspector at the former Packard Electric Warren for 30 years. In her younger years, she had worked at the former G.C. Murphy in Sharon.

Frances enjoyed gardening, going to area fairs in the summertime and attending family picnics. She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima / St. Ann’s Church in Farrell.

Frances was the wife of Joseph Patrizi Jr. He survives her at home in Niles.

Also surviving are her daughter, Sherri (Vincent) Cimoric of Hubbard; her son, Joseph Patrizi III of Niles; her two sisters, Thelma Livi of Niles and Joan Dillon of Hermitage, Pa.; and her brother, Joseph Soloski of Farrell, Pa.

Donations in her memory may be made to Our Lady of Fatima / St. Ann’s Church, 601 Roemer Blvd., Farrell, PA 16121.

Calling hours will be 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016, at Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home, 264 E. State St., Sharon, PA 16146. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 3, 2016, at Our Lady of Fatima / St. Ann’s Church, Farrell, Pa., with the Rev. Donald Berdis officiating. Interment will be in St. Elizabeth’s Cemetery in Farrell.
