Vivian P. Was

DENNISON – Vivian Pauline Wheatley Harris Was, 88, passed away Friday, July 18, 2014, in Dennison.

She was born Dec. 26, 1925.

She was the loving mother of William F. (Sharon) Harris III of Masontown, W.Va., Alice Jane (Dick) Harris Metheny of Quaker City, Mary Was (Greg) Haydal of Miles City, Mont., and Kim (Jim) Miller of Cleveland; cherished grandmother of Dawn James, Leslie Harris, Stephan Wotring, Dave Wotring, Patricia Righetti, David Lashchuk, Nicole L. Haydal, Tyrel W. Haydal, Jamie M. Miller, Daniel P. Miller, Samuel J. Miller, Rachel A. Miller, Jacob A. Miller and Joshua C. Miller; and great-grandmother of Josie Hatchcock, Jesse Hatchcock, Summer James, Sky Lashchuk and Hunter Lashchuk.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, William F. Harris and Richard J. Was; and a grandchild, Cassie Lee Haydal.

Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mel Church, 14436 Triskett Road, Cleveland. Family will receive friends from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Donlon Funeral Home, 15408 Triskett Road, Cleveland, 216-251-7300.

Interment will be in Custard County Cemetery, Miles City, Mont.
