Margaret K. Stewart
WARREN – Margaret Katherine Stewart, 98, of Warren, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014, at Windsor House.
She was born, April 15, 1916, in Garfield, N.J., the daughter of the late John and Martha Brunstetter Schweighardt.
Margaret retired from Sears in 1983, after 30 years of service. She was a member of St. John Paul II Parish Church. She also enjoyed reading and listening to music.
Memories of Margaret will be carried on by her daughter, Martha (Edward) Turek, Jr. of Warren; two grandchildren, Erin (Peter) Yale of Niles and Joshua Turek of Tallahassee, Fla.; and two great-grandsons, Sabastian and Keegan Yale both of Niles.
Other than her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Stewart, whom she married on Oct. 20, 1945, and who preceded her in death on June 24, 1995; one brother, John Schweig- hardt; and two sisters, Julia Sokol and Theresa Botbyl.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday at St. John Paul II Parish, where the Rev. Christopher Henyk will officiate the service. Family and friends are kindly invited to visit 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
Entombment will be in the Pineview Memorial Park.
