James R. Levels

WARREN – James R. Levels, 64, of Warren, died Monday, April 7, 2014.

He was born Feb. 28, 1950, a son of Joseph R. and Ida B. Edmonson Levels.

James worked as a supervisor at General Motors Corp., Lordstown, and was founder and owner of Aladdin’s Appliance in Youngstown.

He was a member of Mount Calvary Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include his parents of Diamond; four children, Robert C. Levels of Chicago, Sarah D. Levels of Columbus, Jadea R. Levels of Las Vegas and Nicole M. Mowery of Warren; five siblings, Joseph H. Levels of Flint, Mich., Kenneth A. Levels of Wildomar, Calif., Larry Levels of Cortland, Yalonda A. McClair of Denver and Benjamin Levels of Diamond; and the mothers of his children, Suzanne Levels of Columbus and Melissa Levels of Niles.

He was preceded in death by his sister.

Memorial services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at the Mount Calvary Pentecostal Church in Youngstown, where friends may call from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday.
