Dominic A. Butch
BOARDMAN – Dominic A. “Dom” Butch, 83, died Sunday morning, March 9, 2014, with his loving family by his side.
He was born April 2, 1930, in Youngstown, the son of William and Edith Mashorda Butch.
Dom was a U.S. Army veteran who served during peace time. He was owner and operator of W.S. Butch & Sons Contractors, and was member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Patricia Gorsky and Lynne Jones, both of Boardman; four grandchildren; and a brother, Michael Butch of Youngstown.
Dom was preceded in death by his wife, the former Evelyn Nolfi.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Youngstown, preceded by a 9:15 a.m. prayer service at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home in Boardman. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery, Youngstown, with full military honors provided by the Trumbull County American Legion.
