Larry F. Hellam
AUSTINTOWN – Larry F. Hellam, 74, died unexpectedly Tuesday morning, Oct. 8, 2013, at his home.
He was born Jan. 23, 1939, in Worthington, Pa., the son of Floyd and Mary Peat Hellam.
Larry served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He retired from the Mahoning Valley Sanitary District, and was a member of the Bethel Assembly of God in Austintown.
Survivors include his wife, Joan Ansevin Hellam; two sons, Eric D. of McDonough, Ga., and Aaron C. of Marysville; three grandchildren; and three sisters, Alma Shahaden of Niles, Lois Preston of Howland and Ginny Loveless of Georgetown, Ky.
Two brothers preceded him in death.
Family and friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Friday at Kinnick Funeral Home in Youngstown, where funeral services will take place at 2 p.m.
