Phyllis Cashbaugh 1946-2013
YOUNGSTOWN – Phyllis Jane Cashbaugh, 67, died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, at the Cleveland Clinic due to complications related to Crohn’s disease.
Phyllis was born April 30, 1946, in Youngstown, the daughter of Joseph and Nellie Cellio.
She co-founded Special Needs Information Center in the 1980s.
She is survived by her husband, George A. Cashbaugh; a daughter, Gina Toth; a son, Sonny Cashbaugh; a brother, Dominic Cellio; and two granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by a sister.
Family and friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday and 10 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Fabrizio Funeral Home, Youngstown. Services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Rockview Christian Church.
