Police activity reported Jan. 1-31, 2019:

Jan. 31, 7:26 p.m. — Civil complaint reported at 1120 Annabelle Ave. after someone needed to take a photo of a vehicle needing to be fixed but it was under a tarp because of the weather.

5:25 p.m. — Neighbor dispute reported at 309 Hayes Ave. after person was yelling threats at another person. The next day, a car was found egged.

Jan. 28, 2:28 p.m. — Faliure to pay income tax summons delivered by police to several homes on Dakota Avenue, Illinois Avenue, Ohio Avenue, Grant Avenue and Florida Avenue.

Jan. 26, 2:37 a.m. — Theft of vehicle registration tags reported from a car parked at Dollar General parking lot on Ohio Avenue.

Jan. 24, 9:04 p.m. — Suspicious activity reported at 231 Ohio Ave. after a known male showed up wanting to get money from female.

8:39 p.m. — Sara Venturella was arrested on Ohio Avenue on a warrant from Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of felonious assault on a law enforcement officer.

5:39 p.m. — Suspicious activity reported at 600 Iowa Ave. after a student at McDonald High School on her lunch break was followed by a man in a car from Sheetz on Salt Springs Road. The student reported the man followed her vehicle back to the school.

12:59 p.m. — Disturbance reported at 377 Hayes Ave. after argument between two people who were breaking up.

11:35 a.m. — Menacing reported at 451 Ohio Ave. after woman being harassed by former boyfriend who was leaving several text messages on cellphone.

Jan. 23, 6:16 p.m. — Menacing reported at 451 Ohio Ave. after female reported a male left several threatening and harassing messages on Facebook.

Jan. 22, 3:16 p.m. — Gross sexual imposition reported in the 600 block of Iowa Avenue.

Jan. 21, 9:22 p.m. — Michael Messeer cited on Ohio Avenue on a charge of driving under non-compliance suspension and failure to stop at an accident.

Jan. 18, 12:04 p.m. — Death investigation reported at 480 Dakota Ave. after man was found not breathing. Paramedics arrived at home to provide assistance.

Jan. 17, 2:14 p.m. — Passing bad checks reported at McDonald Community Federal Credit Union off Ohio Avenue.

1:29 p.m. — Private property accident reported at 760 Connecticut Ave. after a person backed a vehicle into another vehicle.

Jan. 14, 1:56 p.m. — Criminal damage reported at 442 Hayes Ave. after four-wheelers drove through the yard.

Jan. 13, 1:15 p.m. — Neighbor dispute reported at 309 Hayes Ave. after resident complained neighbors in upstairs apartment were making loud noise. He spoke to the landlord.

Jan. 11, 1:58 p.m. — Tyler Swindle cited on Ohio Avenue on a charge of driving under suspension and expired plates.

Jan. 9, 9:34 p.m. — Daniel Porterfield Jr. cited on charges of speeding and non-compliance suspension.

Jan. 8, 7:22 p.m. — Theft of a cellphone reported at McDonald High School. Police checked lockers but did not find anything.

Jan. 7, 6:08 p.m. — Suspicious activity reported at 451 Ohio Ave. after a $500 cell phone was missing.

5:46 p.m. — Woman reported threats at 451 Ohio Ave. after someone threatened to steal money from a bank account.

Jan. 6, 7:13 p.m. — Domestic dispute reported at 541 Illinois Ave.

Jan. 5, 4:28 p.m. — Checkbook found at Woodland Park playground off Ohio Avenue. Police contacted the owner.

3:23 p.m. — Domestic dispute reported at 304 Grant Ave. after an unwanted intoxicated male would not leave.

2:45 a.m. — Suspicious activity and possible burglary reported at 413 Hayes Ave. after an unknown vehicle and four males were walking around the property when the residents were out of town.

11:27 a.m. — Theft reported at Dollar General after air freshener was taken.

Jan. 3, 9:25 p.m. — Suspicious person reported at Dollar General after a person who had low sugar needed a candy bar.

Jan. 2, 9:49 p.m. — Joshua Knapp cited on Ohio Avenue on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Jan. 1, 5:06 p.m. — Male juvenile at 365 Utah Ave. did not want to stay with a parent. Police advised the other parent it was a civil matter.

12:34 p.m. — Custody dispute reported at 1120 Annabelle Ave.
