Police activity reported July 1-31:

July 30, 2:36 p.m. — Custody dispute reported at 636 Illinois Ave. after woman was seen screaming and pushing children.

July 29, 3:25 a.m. — Disturbance reported at 1105 Annabelle Ave. after two people were seen fighting in yard. A man had cuts to his head and arms.

July 28, 10:12 p.m. — Telephone harassment reported at 1011 Pennsylvania Ave. Caller was victim of traffic crash scam.

July 27, 1:24 p.m. — Identity fraud reported at 613 Illinois Ave. after money was taken from an account at Huntington Bank.

July 21, 1:16 p.m. — Petty theft reported at 317 Hayes Ave. after woman was seen packing boxes into a moving van.

July 18, 8:20 p.m. — Assault and criminal damage reported at basketball courts in park. Female hit a male and broke a cell phone in car in parking lot. The man was taken to Trumbull Regional Medical Center.

8:02 p.m. — Disturbance reported at 1122 Ohio Ave. after road rage incident. Driver reported another driver almost hit him and followed him home.

6:44 p.m. — Traffic crash reported in the 400 block of Grant Avenue after person delivering Chinese food to house accidentally backed out of driveway and struck a vehicle parked illegally on side of road.

7:35 a.m. — Traffic stop made in the 400 block of Ohio Avenue. Kelly Rutishin was cited on a charge of driving under OVI suspension.

July 16, 6:27 am. — Suspicious activity reported at 69 E. Marshall Road after man was seen placing nine trash bags into a dumpster behind Dairy Queen.

July 11, 5:43 p.m. — Custody dispute reported at 419 McKinley Blvd. after a man was causing a scene over a child who did not want to go with him.

July 9, 10:20 p.m. — Custody dispute reported at 411 W. Seventh St. after woman wanted to see her child but no one answered the door. Police advised woman to call Trumbull County Children Services.

July 9, 1:51 p.m. — Police stopped vehicle on McDonald Avenue. Spencer Munion was cited on a charge of speeding.

11:43 a.m. — Disorderly conduct reported at 201 W. Seventh St. after a contractor was yelling at an elderly female and neighbors were concerned for her safety. Owner of contracting company had disagreement with the homeowner and was heard yelling profanities. Ron Lofaro was cited on a charge of disorderly conduct.

July 7, 2:02 p.m. — Disturbance reported at 317 Hayes Ave. after people were arguing over a male on property.

8:20 a.m. — Vehicle stopped in the 400 block of Ohio Avenue. Rachel Gutierrez of Youngstown was cited on charges of suspended license and driving under suspension.

3:25 a.m. — Medical call reported at 434 Garfield Ave. after suicidal female was taken to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.

July 6, 11:01 p.m. — Driver on Olive Street was reported to have crashed vehicle into a tree and the driver then left the scene and ran into the woods. John Evans was cited for driving under suspension and arrested on a warrant on child endangering charges and taken to Trumbull County Jail.

July 5, 10:08 p.m. — Telephone harassment reported at 304 Ohio Ave. after a suicidal male who was taken to the hospital then called a woman and made threats.

8:21 a.m. — Medical call reported at 304 Ohio Ave. after concerns of male wanting to commit suicide.

July 4, 11:38 a.m. — Criminal damage reported at 320 Indiana Ave. after damage was done to a truck in driveway.

5:13 a.m. — Criminal damage reported at 320 Indiana Ave. after someone made marks and damaged a vehicle.

July 3, 10:16 p.m. — Vehicle stopped in the 400 block of Ohio Avenue. Tod Brady was cited on a charge of driving under suspension.

9:33 p.m. — Telephone harassment reported at 243 Ohio Ave. after resident received threatening phone calls.

12:55 p.m. — Breaking and entering reported at 415 Fourth St. after someone broke into a garage and stole a pressure washer.

10:06 a.m. –Theft of $20,000 car reported at 243 Ohio Ave. after owner found car missing from driveway.

2:38 a.m. — Domestic violence reported at 317 Hayes Ave. after man, who had been drinking, grabbed a woman and flicked cigarette ashes at her.

11:58 a.m. — Vehicle stopped on Ohio Avenue. Marquia Burroughs was cited on charges of driving under suspension.

July 1, 9:44 p.m. — Criminal damage reported at 320 Indiana Ave. after someone struck and vandalized a vehicle.
