Police activity reported Dec. 7-11:
Dec. 11, 7:39 p.m. — A boy, 14, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence at 228 S. Davis St. after reports a boy slammed his brother on the floor during a fight about a gaming system.
11:25 a.m. — A a woman at 1632 Squaw Creek Drive reported someone posing as a police officer tried to get her to send $5,000 to bail out a grandson, but it was a scam.
5 a.m. — A safe containing $12,000 was reported stolen from 807 Washington Ave.
Dec. 10, 10:30 a.m. — A disturbance was reported at 987 Beechwood Ave.
9:35 a.m. — A man at 112 S. Market St. reported his girlfriend and car missing after she didn’t return from buying food and milk shakes the night before.
9:17 a.m. — A television was reported stolen from 300 S. Davis St.
Dec. 9, 10:50 p.m. — Patrick Jiles, 32, 201 W. Prospect St., was arrested on a charge of drug abuse after he was stopped on East Howard Street.
Dec. 8, 9:30 a.m. — Residents of 205 E. Second St. reported a temporary license plate was stolen from their vehicle.
Dec. 7, 8:42 p.m. — Threats were reported at 324 Forsythe Ave.
