Police activity reported July 13-20:
July 20, 10:40 p.m. — A hit-skip accident at Knight’s Auction, 1330 Seaborn St., after a car hauler is believed to have caused damage to the side of another vehicle and its exhaust system.
9:49 a.m. — A wallet was found by a resident at 1432 W. Park Ave.
4:48 a.m. — Aisha Jennings was stopped at state Route 169 and DeForest Road and found to have an active warrant from the Geauga County Sheriff’s Office.
July 19, 3:38 p.m — Threatening and harassing texts and phone calls reported at 2760 DeForest Road.
10:13 a.m. — A vehicle registration plate was found at 2667 Robbins Ave.
4:45 a.m. — Todd Kuti was stopped at Petro Place and taken to the Boardman Police Department on an active warrant.
July 17, 10:51 p.m. — Daymond Stoffer was stopped at McKinley Motel, 67 Youngstown Warren Road, and was charged with carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drugs.
10:40 p.m. — A driver’s license was found in the driveway of 1432 W. Park Ave.
July 16, 12:02 a.m. — Felonious assault reported at 5027 Youngstown Warren Road after a road rage incident in Niles and Weathersfield. A person in a vehicle was followed by another vehicle, and the driver pulled out a handgun and fired three shots. Police found no shell casings, the report states.
July 15, 11:45 p.m. — Petty theft reported at Dollar General, 20 Youngstown-Warren Road, after $40 worth of T-shirts and underwear were stolen.
9:01 p.m. — Burglary reported at 2640 Salt Springs Road after someone took a $750 desktop computer and a $100 coffee maker. The rear door of the home was found open.
12:05 p.m. — Joseph Brooks was stopped in the 100 block of Lakeside Way and was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear issued by the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office.
July 14, 9:30 p.m. — A custody dispute reported at 2144 Gardenland Ave. after a young male with autism did not want to go with a parent.
1:46 p.m. — Criminal trespass reported at 1123 W. Park Ave. after someone set up a tent and campsite on the property. A wallet and cellphone were found.
July 13, 10:23 p.m. — Police stopped a vehicle at DeForest Road and state Route 169. Tiana R. Jackson was taken to the Girard police station on an active warrant.
4:42 p.m. — Tara L. Garland was stopped in the 3900 block of DeForest Road and taken to the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office on an active warrant through Weathersfield.
3:10 p.m. — Petty theft reported at 3844 Forest Ridge Court after a child support debit card was taken. The card was canceled.
2:41 p.m. — Theft by deception reported at 39 Ohio Machinery Blvd. after $3,458 was taken from an account.
12:16 p.m. — Kayan Muhammad was stopped at Pine Tree Plaza and arrested on an active warrant on a charge of domestic violence.
