Police activity reported Sept. 22-28:

Sept. 28, 11:50 a.m. – Police stopped a speeding vehicle on Palmyra Road near South Leavitt Road. Willie D. Summerlin Jr. of Warren was cited for possession of marijuana and expired license plates.

Sept. 27, 8:35 p.m. – A missing suicidal woman was reported at 2376 Carson Salt Springs Road after she left home angry over not taking her pain medicine and did not return.

6:49 p.m. – Rodney G. Kerns of Warren was stopped by police in the 6800 block of Tod Avenue and cited for fictitious license plates and for driving under suspension.

10:17 a.m. – Will D. Peyett of Warren was stopped in the 4500 block of Tod Avenue and arrested on a warrant and for driving under suspension.

Sept. 26, 1:32 p.m. – Theft of 32 plastic totes was reported at Dollar General, 6100 Tod Ave.

Sept. 24, 1:23 p.m, – Possible domestic violence was reported at 4341 Tod Ave. after people were arguing.

11:58 a.m. – Identity theft was reported at 3230 Dove Drive after the victim received a past- due notice from a gas company for property in Cleveland he does not own. The man’s Social Security number was used.

Sept. 22, 9:27 a.m – People were reported arguing in the area of 1220 Hallock Young Road. One person in a car and one person on the side of the road were arguing over child visitation.

Police activity reported Sept. 13-18:

Sept. 18, 10:21 p.m. – Joshua Wood, 39, 57 Woodland Chase Blvd., was charged with aggravated burglary after his ex-girlfriend reported he forced his way into her home at 1745 N. Carnegie Ave.

8:43 p.m. – A clothing fire was reported in the parking lot of Toys “R” Us, Great East Plaza.

8:38 p.m. – Theft was reported at Speedway, 120 Vienna Ave.

5:13 p.m. – A possible drug overdose was reported at 178 Royal Mall Drive. A man was taken to St. Joseph Warren Hospital.

3:04 p.m. – The theft of a debit card from Dollar General Market, 5120 Youngstown Warren Road, was reported.

10:40 a.m. – A girl, 17, who ran away from a home in Girard was found with a man at 1227 North Road SE, suffering from a possible overdose.

1:50 a.m. – A possible drug overdose was reported at 807 N. Main St., where a man was revived with Narcan and taken to Trumbull Memorial Hospital.

Sept. 17, 10:02 p.m. – A head-on crash with an injury was reported on Youngstown Road SE at North Road SE.

9:05 p.m. – A possible drug overdose in a parking lot was reported at 1227 North Road SE.

6:11 p.m. – An ex-employee of Lids in the Eastwood Mall refused to turn over a key to the store.

5:18 p.m. – A 200 S. Cedar Ave. resident reported an 11-year-old was assaulted.

3:25 p.m. – Officers responded to 2017 Youll St. for reports of a mother and son arguing.

2:34 p.m. – A man slumped over the wheel of his vehicle in the middle of the 5000 block of Youngstown Warren Road by Walgreens was suspected of overdosing.

12:32 p.m. – Officers responded to 113 Royal Mall Drive on reports a man and woman were arguing over food.

Sept. 16, 8:32 p.m. – A burglary was reported at 1106 Estelle Court.

4:56 p.m. – Theft from a vehicle was reported in the parking lot of the Eastwood Mall Complex, near the food court entrance.

7:45 a.m. – Theft of credit card information was reported at 160 Bentwillow Drive, where the the account holder tracked the illegal user to a hotel in Wisconsin.

1:40 a.m. – A car window was smashed while the vehicle was parked at 572 Dakota Ave.

Sept. 15, 5:20 p.m. – Two people were suspected of overdosing in the parking lot of Dollar General Market, 5120 Youngstown Warren Road.

2 p.m. – A man who fell in a culvert near the 200 block of North Main Street was rescued and taken to Trumbull Memorial Hospital.

11:19 a.m. – Vincent Goldsmith, 43, 20 N. Cedar Ave. was arrested on a warrant through Niles Municipal Court.

11:04 a.m. – Following a disturbance at 506 W. Park Ave., a man was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital.

Sept. 14, 11:35 p.m. – A prowler was looking in a window at 68 Wilson Ave.

6:09 p.m. – At 1506 Gypsy Lane, a man reported his ex-father-in-law punched him in the face during a custody exchange.

5:51 p.m. – Theft was reported at T.J. Maxx, Great East Plaza.

3:59 p.m. – An air conditioning unit was reported stolen from Holiness Gospel Mission, 25 N. Butler Ave.

Sept. 13, 2:35 p.m. – Criminal damaging was reported at 216 Beaver Ave.

1:35 p.m. – Officers stood by while Trumbull County Children Services removed two boys from 1695 Timbers Court.

12:47 p.m. – Theft was reported at 724 Youngstown Warren Road.

12:40 p.m. – Several Xboxes were reported stolen from Gamestop in the Eastwood Mall.

11:30 a.m. – Theft was reported at 1932 Youll St.

6:13 p.m. – A 247 Emma St. resident reported finding arrows stuck in her house and yard.

5:14 p.m. – Officers were called to Bob Evans, 5413 Youngstown Warren Road, on reports a dissatisfied customer wouldn’t leave.

3:18 p.m. – A man reported a woman was taking firewood off his land without permission in the area of Belmont Avenue and Olive Street.

2:07 p.m. – Marissa Mate, 25, was charged with domestic violence after officers responded to reports of two women fighting at 311 Grant St.

Sept. 24, 9:53 p.m. – Burglary was reported at 40 N. Cedar Ave.

8:10 p.m. – A neighbor dispute was reported at 422 W. Third St.

4:27 p.m. – Officers responded to the parking lot of Handel’s, 5140 Youngstown Warren Road, after reports a man hit several other vehicles parked in the lot.

4:24 p.m. – A man reported someone stole the money he was collecting for veterans at Gabe’s, 5772 Youngstown Warren Road.

2:18 p.m. – A woman reported an unwanted man in her 472 Isaac Ave. home.

2:06 p.m. A man and woman were arguing in the area of Mason Street and Scott Avenue.

8:02 a.m. – At 170 S. Cleveland Ave., a man reported his ex-girlfriend trashed his landscaping and damaged his grill while he was out.

4:03 a.m. – A 107 Hogarth Ave. resident reported someone was repeatedly knocking on the door and hiding.

1:46 a.m. – At 803 W. Park Ave., a man reported his girlfriend punched him in the face.

Sept. 13, 7:30 a.m. – A woman reported a man threatened her in a road rage incident on Salt Springs Road near Old Town Girard Road.

Sept. 12, 3:51 p.m. – David Davies Jr., 40, was charged with possession of a controlled substance following reports a man overdosed in Kerr Cemetery, 1240 Salt Springs Road.

7:45 a.m. – Kurt Parker, 35, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and a traffic violation following a crash on state Route 46 at Salt Springs Road.

Sept. 11, 10:23 a.m. – Two basketball hoops were reported stolen from 2907 Trumbull Ave.

3:07 a.m. – Kevin Whittaker, 35, 3830 state Route 46, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

Sept. 10, 1:54 a.m. – Kids were throwing rocks in the parking lot of 3477 Main St.

Sept. 9, 9:36 p.m. – Threats and an assault were reported at 1481 Ohltown Girard Road.

9:32 p.m. – Following a traffic stop and struggle with officers on Ohltown McDonald Road, Cyrstal Green, 29, Arlington Avenue, McDonald, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, child endangering, resisting arrest, driving on an expired license, possession of a controlled substance, failure to stop at a stop sign and not having two headlights.

3:59 p.m. – A man reported damage to the windshield of a van parked at 3524 Austintown Warren Road.

1:27 p.m. – On station, a Morris Lane woman reported she was being harassed on Facebook.

Sept. 7, 11:51 p.m. – Following a traffic stop for not dimming high beams on Ohltown Girard Road at Niles Carver Road, Samuel Miller, 42, Rhoda Ave., Youngstown, was charged with having an open container.

8:45 p.m. – A domestic disturbance between a mother and daughter was reported at 4077 Evaline St.

2:01 p.m. – Ryan Datchuk, 35, Washington Avenue, Niles, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at 1351 Heaton Blvd.

Sept. 6. , 5 p.m. – A license plate was reported stolen from a van parked at 1737 Salt Springs Road.

Sept. 5, 5:16 p.m. – On station, a Morris Lane man reported $345 in fraudulent charges on a debit card.
