Oct. 8, 5:18 p.m. — Zachary Stutzman, 29, of Warren, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license and speed limit violation after a traffic stop in the area of North Park Avenue and Geauga Portage Easterly Road.

12:57 p.m. — Jason Flanigan, 43, of Warren, was charged with driving under suspension, operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration and arrested on a warrant after a traffic stop in the area of Elm Road and state Route 82.

12:39 p.m. — Roy Glaspell, 54, of Warren, was arrested on charges related to petty theft at Menards.

10:07 a.m. — A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 600 block of Johnson Plank Road.

3:02 a.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 2200 block of state Route 305.

1:45 a.m. — A suspicious person was reported in the area of Elm Road and Burnett Drive.

Oct. 7, 3:57 p.m. — Breaking and entering was reported in the 3600 block of Larchmont Avenue.

7:27 a.m. — A motor vehicle crash without injuries was reported in the 3700 block of Durst Clagg Road.

2:05 a.m. — Todd Gaston, 44, of Warren, was arrested on charges related to driving under suspension and display of plates after a traffic stop on Walmart Drive.

1:14 a.m. — A suspicious person was reported in the area of Burnett Drive and state Route 5.

Oct. 6, 11:27 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported at Wal-Mart.

9:29 p.m. — Tia Rutherford, 30, of Warren, was arrested on charges related to criminal trespassing and arrested on a warrant at Wal-Mart.

7:10 p.m. — Telephone harassment was reported in the 3400 block Niles Cortland Road.

5:18 p.m. — Ryan Hall, 32, of Leavittsburg was arrested on charges related to driving under suspension after a traffic stop on Millennium Boulevard.

12:30 p.m. — Deon Hugley, 29, of Warren, was arrested on charges related to driving under suspension, child restraints and possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Millennium Boulevard.

8:57 a.m. — Suspicious activity reported in the 1900 block of Quail Run.

8:49 a.m. — A motor vehicle crash with injuries was reported in the 2100 block of Millennium Boulevard.

3:14 a.m. — Kali Drass, 26, of Cortland was arrested on charges related to operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration after a traffic stop in the area of state Route 5 and Beaver Trail.

12:46 a.m. — Maxwell Lottig, 23, of Leavittsburg was arrested on charges relating to operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration and arrested on a warrant after a traffic stop in the area of Hoagland Blackstub Road and state Route 5.

Oct. 5, 6:14 p.m. — A motor vehicle crash without injuries was reported in the area of Northview Drive and Niles Cortland Road.

5:53 p.m. — A 17-year-old man of Cortland was arrested on charges related to operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration and unsafe vehicle, and a 16-year-old male was arrested on charges related to possession of marijuana after a traffic stop in the area of Everett Hull Road and Hoagland Blackstub Road.

3:59 p.m. — A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 2100 block of Millennium Boulevard.

3:36 p.m. — Christine Quinn, 26, of Youngstown, was arrested on charges related to failure to reinstate an operator’s license after a traffic stop on state Route 82.

Oct. 4, 6:26 p.m. — Steven Popadak, 28, of Cortland, was charged with driving under suspension after a traffic stop in the area of Elm Road and Blair Drive.

10:36 a.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 2700 block of Cadwallader Sonk Road.

Oct. 3, 11:49 p.m. — A neighbor problem was reported in the 1000 block of Prince Drive.

5:25 p.m. — John Dicesare, 55, of Warren was charged with operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration after a traffic stop on state Route 5 north of Millennium Boulevard.

5:22 p.m. — Robert Aey, 53, of New Springfield was charged with operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration after a traffic stop on state Route 82.

4:29 p.m. — Alan Scott, 28, of Warren, was arrested on charges connected with driving under suspension after a traffic stop at Wal-Mart.

3:47 p.m. — Motor vehicle crash without injuries reported in the area of Warren Meadville Road and state Route 305.

11:54 a.m. — Curtis Hatten, 35, of Warren, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration and failure to reinstate an operator’s license after a traffic stop on state Route 82.

1:07 a.m. — Anthony Dimauro, 37, of Warren, was arrested on charges connected to the operation of a motor vehicle with an expired registration following a traffic stop in the area of Elm Road and Blair Drive.

10:30 a.m. — Theft was reported in the 400 block of Everett Hull Road.

Police activity reported in Warren Township Sept. 22-Oct. 19:

Oct. 19, 6:55 p.m. — Burglary was reported at 2920 Palmyra Road after someone cut a screen out of a window and moved lawn chairs.

2:42 a.m. — Police stopped a vehicle on Highland Avenue near Seventh Street and arrested Jimmie Smith Jr., 64, of Warren, on warrants and a suspended driver’s license. He was taken to Trumbull County Jail.

Oct. 18, 4:43 a.m. — Theft was reported at 13 Peach Lane after someone stole a vehicle at a trailer park.

Oct. 17, 11:15 p.m. — Domestic violence was reported at 41 S. Leavitt Road after two people argued. A man left before police arrived.

7:27 p.m. — Domestic violence was reported at 4431 Turner Road. A woman left the house with a family member after a phone was smashed.

2:34 p.m. — Someone entered a truck parked at 2850 Hewitt Gifford Road and ransacked the inside and took three packs of cigarettes.

10:02 a.m. — Petty theft was reported at 2940 Layer Road after someone entered a truck and ransacked the inside. Missing were cigarettes, a crossbow and coins.

Oct. 16, 11:03 p.m. — Attempted suicide was reported on Kale Adams Road after note from a 13-year-old was found.

2:29 p.m. — Domestic violence was reported at 404 N. Tod Ave. after woman reported a man beat her up.

12:36 a.m. — A runaway girl was reported in the 2900 block of Hewitt Gifford Road after a woman and the girl argued.

Oct. 15, 7:08 p.m. — Petty theft was reported at 3374 Hewitt Gifford Road after a man entered a home and took cable box and $20 tweezers from a car.

1:58 p.m. — Petty theft was reported at 2337 Palmyra Road after juveniles were recorded on a cell phone trespassing and took a Pittsburgh Steelers helmet.

8:05 a.m. — A drug overdose was reported at 598 N. Leavitt Road after man was found passed out. Paramedics administered Narcan overdose medication.

Oct. 14, 9:37 p.m. — A domestic dispute was reported at the high school football stadium off North Leavitt Road after a man and woman argued at the front entrance.

5:32 p.m. — Police stopped a vehicle that went left of center and arrested Torian J. Bonner, 29, of Niles on warrants. He was taken to Trumbull County Jail.

Oct. 11, 9:32 p.m. — Failure to restrain a vicious dog was reported at 3615 Palmyra Road after dogs were running loose and tried to attack a man in his yard. Police spoke to the dog’s owner. Shock collars were on the dogs, but they did not stop for the invisible fence. The owner was going to check the collar batteries.

Sept. 26, 5:30 p.m. — An unruly juvenile was reported at 3625 Palmyra Road.

2:49 a.m. — A gas-powered leaf blower was taken from a shed at 816 Knox Ave. NW.

Sept. 24, 4:35 a.m. — Discharge of a weapon was reported at 963 Bane St. after a bullet hole was found in the window.

Sept. 23, 11:15 p.m. — Petty theft was reported at 255 Miller St. after a lawn mower was taken from a shed and two amplifiers were taken from vehicles.

Sept. 23, 8:27 a.m. — Petty theft was reported at 818 Ferncliff St. after someone took $20 from a vehicle.

7:55 a.m. — Petty theft was reported at 823 Ferncliff Ave. after someone went through a car at took a $120 pair of studded earrings and also took various tools totaling $2,320 from a garage.

Sept. 22, 11 a.m. — A man reported he was bit on the leg by a dog while riding his bike on the bike trail.

Oct. 13, 9:22 p.m. — A lost dog was reported in the 8300 block of State Street.

6:59 p.m. — Police assisted the rescue squad in the 6000 block of Mayburn Barclay Road.

Oct. 11, 9:15 a.m. — Theft was reported in the 6000 block of Burnett East Road.

Oct. 6, 6:03 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 8500 block of Main Street.

Oct. 4, 4:15 p.m. — A traffic stop was made on County Line Road at state Route 7.

2:01 p.m. — Police assisted the rescue squad in the 8100 block of Corinth Court Road.
