To be eligible for the Community Housing Improvement and Preservation Program, residents must own and occupy their home, and meet income eligibility requirements set by the state. Homeowners accepted into the program can receive a new furnace, electrical upgrades, roof repairs and more.

Applications are being accepted at Neighborhood Development Services, on a first come, first serve basis. Interested homeowners can call 330-297-6400, Ext. 248.
