McKinley Library appoints fiscal officer
NILES — The McKinley Memorial Library Board on Monday named Christine Vinion as the new library fiscal officer, effective today.
Vinion, who most recently worked with Roth Brothers Inc. in Youngstown and who has served as treasurer for the Montessori School board, will be paid $48,000.
She will work with fiscal officer Mariann O’Halloran, who is retiring at the end of March.
