Groundbreaking set for Shepherd
LIBERTY — Shepherd of the Valley will be breaking ground 2 p.m. Wednesday for its new Liberty community at 1501 Tibbetts Wick Road.
The new community will house independent living apartments, assisted living suites, memory care suites and skilled nursing and rehabilitation.
The project is expected to be completed by summer 2020.
