WHAT: Township trustees special meeting Tuesday

PRESENT: Kay Anderson, Ed Anthony and Ryan Yoho

Trustees:

• Are finalizing an agreement with LaBrae schools to provide a school resource officer for the upcoming school year. Anderson said plans are to complete remaining contract details and have both sides sign the agreement in time for an officer to be in place by start of school year. This will be the first school resource officer LaBrae schools have had;

• Declared several properties as public nuisances due to high grass and debris. The township will proceed with getting lawns cut at vacant properties at 4705 Eagle Creek Road, 2709 S. Leavitt Road, 3805 Winters Drive and 597 Leavitt Road.
