Changes OK’d for senior homes
LIBERTY — Trustees on Monday approved revisions to a planned $25 million Shepherd of the Valley independent and assisted living facility on Tibbetts Wick Road.
The revisions include reducing the number of rooms at the facility to 90 from 110, having a two-story wing area building instead of three stories and changes to the front facade to make it look more aesthetically appealing, said James Rodway, zoning inspector.
Construction is expected to begin in July
