NILES — A home was raided Monday by state and federal law enforcement agencies, including the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation’s Crimes Against Children Unit and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Jill Del Greco, a spokesperson for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, confirmed the Crimes Against Children Unit was at the home, but she could not comment further.

Special Agent Vicki Anderson of the FBI said the investigation and warrant were served in the 900 block of Frederick Street and no one was taken into custody. Everything is sealed at the moment but more information may be available later in the week, Anderson said.

Niles Primary School is located on the same street.
