Burning van found in Warren
WARREN — Police found an unoccupied, empty van in flames about 4 a.m. Friday on Roman Street SE, according to a police report.
The van belonged to Valley Telecom on Youngstown Road SE, the report states. It appeared the van had been emptied of its contents, the report states. Police went to the business and found the building secure. Firefighters in Warren quickly extinguished the fire, the report states.
