Trumbull grand jury hands up indictments against 26 people

WARREN — A Trumbull County grand jury Wednesday issued indictments against 26 people. The defendants are scheduled to be arraigned 11 a.m. Jan. 12 before Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Judge W. Wyatt McKay.

Indicted on felony charges were:

• Anthony B. D’Urso, 27, South Cedar Avenue, Niles, possession of heroin and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs;

• Daymond P. Stoffer, 23, Iverness Avenue, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

• Dale M. Anderson Jr., 47, Boston Avenue SE, Warren, burglary, and breaking and entering;

• James Washington, 24, Forest Street, Warren, complicity to aggravated trafficking in drugs with a forfeiture specification;

• Margaret Gratz-Reynolds, 48, Academy Drive, Youngstown, aggravated trafficking in drugs with a forfeiture specification and aggravated possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification;

• Brandon R. Ferrier, 21, Stoneybrook Lane, Canfield, two counts of grand theft motor vehicle and two counts of receiving stolen property;

• Valentino Thomas Jr., 28, Kenilworth Avenue SE, Warren, possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs;

• Jay D. Walters, 23, Roosevelt Avenue, Newton Falls, felonious assault, failure to comply with the order of a police officer and two counts of resisting arrest;

• Deon J. Rogers, 28, Oak Knoll Avenue SE, Warren, having weapons while under disability, carrying a concealed weapon and resisting arrest;

• Franky J. Munoz, 22, Alameda Avenue, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon;

• Michael W. Gasaway, 37, Green Acres Road, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability;

• Kirsten C. Kihn, 38, Adams Avenue, Warren, possession of cocaine;

• Andrew L. Cunningham, 30, Anderson Morris Road, Niles, tampering with evidence;

• Spencer D. Morrell, 19, Lisbon Road, Salem, attempted breaking and entering and carrying a concealed weapon;

• Eugene E. Lockney III, 39, Vine Avenue NE, Warren, having weapons under disability and carrying a concealed weapon;

• Roger Bispeck, 67, Churchill Road, Girard, felonious assault;

• Brandon C. McDowell, 28, Stocker Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Shamar J. Robbins, 23, Reed Avenue, Campbell, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification and kidnapping with a firearm specification;

• Andre T. Lanier, 20, Lovers Lane, Warren, failure to comply with the order of a police officer and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

• Michael S. Houser, 24, Perkinswood Boulevard SE, Warren, aggravated burglary, felonious assault and impersonating a police officer;

• David E. Mack Jr., 27, Larchmont Avenue NE, receiving stolen property and misuse of credit cards;

• Angelo V. Ficke, 18, Edinburg Drive, Youngstown, attempted breaking and entering and carrying a concealed weapon.

The following misdemeanors were remanded to a lower court:

• Andre K. Williams, 24, North Evanston Avenue, Youngstown, assault (Girard Municipal Court);

• Derick L. Stokes, 27, Burton Street, Warren, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, carrying concealed weapon and two counts of endangering children (Niles Municipal Court);

• Joshua A. Beaman, 28, Idylwild Street NE, Warren, assault and criminal damaging or endangering (Warren Municipal Court);

• Daric A. Simpson, 23, Dodge NW, Warren, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer (Warren Municipal Court).

No indictments were issued for the following charges:

• Kurt D. Lewis, possession of cocaine;

• Richard L. Diedrich, possession of heroin;

• Williams, felonious assault;

• John D. Trevena Jr., felonious assault and falsification;

• Gasaway, domestic violence;

• Beaman, felonious assault;

• Keylin D. Shaw, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle;

• Morrell, attempted burglary;

• Lanier, attempted felonious assault;

• Mack, identity fraud;

• Ficke, attempted burglary.
