Gun-toting, masked man robs Subway in Girard

Special to the Tribune Chronicle Police are asking for the public’s help to identify the man who robbed Subway Restaurant in Girard Friday night.

GIRARD — Subway Restuarant, 521 N. Main St., was robbed at 9 p.m. Friday and Girard police are looking for help identifying the armed, masked man.

Police are not releasing the amount of money that was stolen.

The man had a deep voice, was about 6 feet tall, and weighed between 200 and 230 pounds. He was wearing a dark gray, hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black boots, black gloves, a gray knit hat and a black scarf over his face.
